These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order placed with CSM Fresh Imports Inc ("we", "us", "our"), located at 330 Brunel Rd, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2C2. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
We sell fresh fruit, vegetables, dry fruit & nuts, and rice & grains, along with pre-set Starter, Family and Bulk Fresh Boxes. Fresh Box prices are fixed as listed at checkout. Individual and bulk item prices change weekly (and sometimes daily) with market conditions and are confirmed with you before payment is collected at pickup or delivery.
Placing an order through this site is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed contract until we confirm availability, final pricing (for weekly-priced items), and your pickup or delivery time. We reserve the right to adjust quantities, substitute a comparable item, or contact you if something in your order is unavailable.
Fresh Box orders are paid online by card through PayPal at checkout. Bulk and individual items are priced weekly and paid by card, debit, or cash at pickup or upon delivery once the final price is confirmed. We do not store your card details — payment is processed directly by PayPal.
Pickup is available during posted warehouse hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 8am–5pm, closed Sunday). Delivery windows (Today/Tomorrow, morning/afternoon/evening) are requested at checkout and confirmed by us; we will contact you if a requested window cannot be met. Delivery is currently offered within our Mississauga service area — contact us to confirm your address qualifies.
Because we sell perishable goods, we ask that any issue with quality, a missing item, or an incorrect order be reported as soon as possible — ideally the same day — through our order feedback page. We will work with you toward a refund, replacement, or credit as appropriate. We cannot guarantee refunds for issues reported after the products would reasonably have spoiled.
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. Orders already picked, packed, or in transit for delivery may not be cancellable.
Restaurant and store customers purchasing at the warehouse in person are subject to prices posted at the time of purchase and pay at the point of sale. No online account or minimum order is required for cash & carry pickup.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSM Fresh Imports Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of this site or placing an order after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
